1958 Chris Craft 26ft Continental
The flagship model of Chris Craft’s utility lineup, the 26ft Continental was produced from 1956 to 1959 with only 80 hulls built during that time period. It earned the distinction of being the largest and most-expensive utility ever built by Chris Craft. It has been said that there are only seven remaining today and only three of them with the very rare option of the sedan top. This example is hull No. CL-26-117.
This 1958 Chris Craft 26ft Continental is powered by twin Chris Craft MCL engines with 175 hp each. Port engine has 566.3 engine hours and starboard engine has 559.5 hours. This boat has been used in fresh water only and has been stored and serviced by Sierra Boat Company for many decades. The bottom is an older no soak fiberglass bottom. This Continental has been used out of a slip at Sierra Boat Company each summer for decades.
What makes the 26ft Continental special is the seating arrangement. With three rows of seating plus seating options on both engine hatches and the walk through down the center to easily get around it makes the Continental ideal for a social boating cruise with family and friends.
Don’t miss out on this rare Chris Craft that is perfect for Lake Tahoe!
